This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid digital products purchased from TI PowerUp. Free products are provided under the MIT License and are not subject to this policy.
14-Day Cancellation Right
If you have not yet downloaded your purchased product, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason.
To request a refund (before download):

- The email address used for purchase
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Exception: Downloaded Digital Content
Important: Downloading Waives Your Cancellation Right
By downloading or otherwise acquiring any digital product, you:
- Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
- Acknowledge and accept that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins
This is in accordance with consumer protection regulations for digital content. Once you initiate a download, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
This exception applies to:
- Individual PowerUps (extensions and themes)
- Bundle products (all items in the bundle)
- Any digital content accessed or downloaded from your account
After Download
Once you have downloaded a product, refunds are not available for any reason, including:
- ✗ Change of mind
- ✗ Found an alternative solution
- ✗ Didn't read product requirements
- ✗ Incompatibility with unsupported versions
- ✗ Conflicts with third-party code
Our Commitment: We Will Fix Defects
While refunds are not available after download, we stand behind our products. If you discover a legitimate bug or defect:

- We will investigate — Our team will verify and prioritize the issue
- We will fix it — Confirmed bugs will be patched and released as updates
You will never be stuck with broken software. The remedy for defects is a fix, not a refund.
Bundles
For bundle purchases:
- Before any download: Full bundle refund available within 14 days
- After downloading any item: No refund for the entire bundle (downloading one item constitutes acceptance of the entire bundle)
What Happens When You Receive a Refund
License Revocation
Upon refund approval:
- Your product license is immediately and permanently revoked
- You are required to delete all copies of the product from all systems, servers, and backups
- Continued use of the product after refund is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action
- Your refund history is recorded and associated with your account
Abuse Monitoring
We track all refund activity to maintain a fair marketplace.
Consequences of Abuse:
Accounts exhibiting patterns of refund abuse may be subject to:
- Denial of future refund requests
- Account restrictions or termination
- Revocation of all licenses
- Permanent ban from TI PowerUp
We define abuse as any pattern suggesting bad-faith use of our refund policy.
Chargebacks
Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Delays resolution (chargebacks take 60-90 days vs. our 14-day processing)
- Results in automatic license revocation
- May lead to permanent account termination
- Chargeback fees for fraudulent claims may be pursued
